I am an in-network provider with Premera and Lifewise.
I am an out-of-network provider with all other insurance providers.
Most insurance plans reimburse fully or partially for mental health services. I’d encourage you to call and inquire about your out-of-network mental health coverage.
Rates
My standard fee is $150 per 50 minute session. Initial intake appointments are $175. This fee applies to in person and telehealth appointments.
I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. Please feel free to inquire about this option.
